The off-leash park is free to the public to use during daylight hours when not being used by the Sherriff’s Department or Parks, Recreation, & Tourism-sponsored activities. Very nice dog park with different enclosed places for dogs. But when I went there, there were no other dogs there!

Nice facility with multiple runs, poop stations and high fences. No doggos on our visit though 🙁
