We catered a large dinner for a friends reunion in Lake Anna. Charles provided more than enough food for our group. We had left overs for the next day's lunch. The ribs and chicken were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The pulled pork was moist and the extra BBQ sauce was perfect touch for the sandwich. The Mac and cheese and green beans were perfect sides to the our meal. Charles was prompt in delivering our meal and communication was great! I highly recommend.

Butch catered our wedding back in 2021 at Lake Anne. The food was great, service was amazing and the owner was very accommodating to all of my requests. I just referred him out to some friends that are getting married!

I personally know the family there truck used to sit right in front of my house and the food smelled so good. I ate there everyday they were there. Very friendly husband and wife team. Really miss them being that close.

BBQ food truck located in the town of Mineral that is open on Saturdays. Pulled pork was lean which I very much appreciate as I hate biting into a hunk of fat. Ordered the pulled pork platter with slaw which included 2 sides and hush puppies. Enjoyed the macaroni salad, but loved the baked beans. Everything was great and will definitely return next time we are out at the lake.
