Just because you have the recipe does'nt mean your making it right. . I love Tati's signature egg rolls. These aren't her egg rolls. Hers' were consistent in size , and even filling and fresh tasting,not dripping with grease .
These are incredibly greasy, filling was off and undercooked. One egg roll was tiny the other long and missing filling, just wrapper.
Ordered a triple decker sub and crinkle fries. The fries are never crisp and these were old and limp seemed like they were cooked twice. Sub seemed as though someone struggled with the concept, sub not the traditional sandwhich. Hamburgenr Steak dinner the Mac and cheese is not good, over cooked and greasy, not creamy, green beans cooked to mush and no flavor. Gravy taste like it's from a packet.
Still giving the new owners a chance, I hope it improves. -

We stopped into this restaurant on our way back to Indiana because they had a 4.2 star review and the food in the pictures looked good.
The food was okay, at best. The home fries were basically fried potatoes. They had a good flavor but were very greasy. The bacon was crispy which was good. We usually have to ask for the bacon to be cooked well done to get it crispy. The rest of the food was good; eggs and toast.
The womens restroom was nasty. The toilet seat was barely hanging on. The automatic paper towel dispenser had paper towels in it but didn't dispense. The floor was dirty.
All the floors in the place were dirty, lots of dirty dishes in bussing tubs that were sitting out near the entrance.

I absolutely love these type of restaurants, and this one (Crescent Inn Restaurant) is quite special. The food is very very plentiful, fresh, and out of this world delicious. The Owner and the precious ones who work here are phenomenal. We had leftovers from our Sunday lunch, then ordered a couple items to take home. FYI, The vegetables (including their salads) are extremely fresh, and the desserts are fabulous. Lots of choices on their menu. Looking forward to coming back for breakfast!!!

I’ve been eating at the Crescent Inn for years and have never been disappointed- until today . I think the fry’s were leftover from lunch and at the bottom of the fryer . The catfish and beans were hot and tasty. The cornbread was cold and dry . Maybe just an off day but it will be a long time before I return ☹️. Photo is of my “fry’s”
