Having worked in healthcare for over 25 years, I know working for any health service area can be challenging for staff so my husband and I have waited to post anything. We have been using Louisa cvs for over a year now. The staff at the Louisa pharmacy are very unprofessional and have consistently had inappropriate reactions to ongoing challenges. We will be communicating directly with customer service at CVS but there truly needs to be better management and customer service training for staff who are consistently rude and inconsiderate to patients just looking to have their prescription needs addressed in a kind, caring environment. For the blond middle aged woman with shoulder length hair who works at the counter, please consider being more compassionate to your customers, we have watched you yell impatiently, dismiss customers who truly need assistance and treat other customers with complete disdain. You may need customer service training or just maybe some care for yourself in life so please seek out what you need to become a more compassionate human. CVS - you are large company and can do better with staff training as well as being aware of staff who may have personal challenges in life that may be affecting your daily customers. I truly hope you take this note to try to improve your interactions, it’s just very sad.

I have been using CVS in Louisa for over a year. It has been by far the worst pharmacy i have ever used. I have watched one lady especially never smile, she has talked down to many people and is just out right rude. They still cant get my info correct. I have seen a line of 6-7 people deep and no one helps at the front register making it a long wait. You would think that in a small town a place like CVS would be willing to go out of their way for the local population.

I want to say first that I’ve been dealing with CVS for as long as I can remember, they are the slowest an their personality isn’t the friendliest, when you call the pharmacy you never get a real person. Today I was there to get a prescription filled for my grandson, the pharmacist handed me the empty bag an the actual box that the medicine was in, I didn’t realize that within the box that contained the meds that it was in a glass bottle, as I was walking away from the counter the box was accidentally dropped an the meds spilled out, I then returned to the counter an explained what had happened, one of the pharmacist came from around the desk an told me that the doctor would have to put in another prescription, I called the doctor an he did just that, then a text came from CVS saying that it was too soon an that it would not be ready until the 13th, I gave the main office a call an the lady was extremely nice, she told me that she didn’t know why they just didn’t do a over ride being that it did happen in the store , she called the store , then she called me back to say don’t worry your grandson meds will be filled by 2 pm today. My thing is why in the world did the store not do this from the start smh, am really thinking about changing pharmacy’s because this is ridiculous, half the time when I do go in, the pharmacist an texts are just having a good ole time laughing an carrying on their own conversations, an if they didn’t know know about overrides then they need more education!

It sucks that I'm forced by my insurance to use CVS Pharmacy for recurring prescriptions. The store is always cluttered and dirty. It has a very depressing vibe. Staff just seems annoyed to have to deal with people.

Both my husband and I have had terrible interactions with their pharmacy staff. The techs have been wonderful but the folks filling prescriptions have been beyond rude and condescending. I don’t cry easily, but the way they spoke to me both word and tone was completely unacceptable. Later in the week my husband had the same experience. He reported it to the manager who told us she couldn’t do anything, we needed to contact headquarters. We are locked into using CVS due to insurance purposes. When possible, I try to transfer the prescriptions to another CVS but that is not always possible.

Staff in the pharmacy have always been quick and efficient, and made sure that everyone was taken of in a quick manner so that customers don't wait long in line. I was even offered a water bottle during a hot day while waiting, which was very kind.

I am pleased with the products and ESPECIALLY THE COUPONS at CVS. I wish the pharmacy could be more efficient and timely in helping out---but they are kind and intend to be helpful. The store staff is friendly and efficient---always willing to assist customers and the store is well organized and clean.

As a nurse I know patients can be difficult but my Lord this has to be the most rude and disgusting staff I've ever met. Not only do they not try to give you any information but they are just nasty with you because they can be. Never will I ever recommend a patient go here. Never will I ever go here again never will I ever have a prescription pill here again. This is dissuaded me from ever using a CVS Pharmacy in future. My recommendation is go to Walgreens right across the street I know I will and I will never never use this POS CVS....

Probably the worst pharmacy in the nation. They closed drive thru early Or it’s not even open on the weekends.
