I stood at the front counter/register for about 7 minutes. There were no other customers in the store. Not sure if the workers were just in the back. No one came to address me or take my order. I then placed an order on the mobile app since I figured it would be faster. Received my iced coffee 2 minutes after that. Guess I’ll just order using mobile app from now on. I just wish the store employees were a little better about customer service.

Idk if they're just lazy to work, but how come they don't have anything on the shelf during work hours.

This was one of the worst experience we had. We wanted to dine in but the door was closed and we were told to go to drive thru.
We ordered 4 hash browns none of them were cooked fully. Hot chocolate was not even hot chocolate. All everything bagel was not done right. One of the most horrible experiences. -
