This expansive lakefront vacation home on the private side of Lake Anna is designed for large group getaways, family reunions, and multi-family vacations. Offering 8 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, and sleeping for up to 26 guests (no sleeper sofas), the home features over 7,800 sq. ft. of finished interior space, multiple screened-in porches, and extensive indoor and outdoor gathering areas.
Guests enjoy deep-water dock access with boat lifts, a private sandy beach, firepit, game rooms, media room, gourmet kitchen built for large groups, and sweeping waterfront views—all on a secluded 12-acre property with nearly ¾ mile of shoreline. The home is available year-round with seasonal minimum stays.
Conveniently located in Central Virginia, it offers easy access from Washington, DC, Richmond, and Charlottesville.

This house was just amazing! We had multiple families and no complaints from anyone. The beds were comfortable, the showers were awesome with plenty of water pressure, everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of places for everyone to go to relax. Location was great and so private. Games for everyone, even a 4 year old, kayaks, SUPs, movie theatre room - the list goes on!
Unfortunately, we weren't there enough to enjoy everything, hated to leave. Owners were responsive and easy to communicate with, although we had no reason to. We have never had a need for a house this size before, but it was perfect! -
Perfect place to get away from the big city, privacy, great for large groups and families. This was our 2nd year and we'll be back for years to come.

This was our second visit to Eagles Cove and both times we've enjoyed it very much. It worked very well for us and gave our group lots of opportunities for keeping ourselves busy even on some cold November days. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

Stunning house with an incredible view! Everything about our stay was perfect and made for a seamless, relaxing experience. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and kind, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

This is the second year that we (9 couples) stay at Eagle's Cove and very much enjoyed your house. The house is spacious, comfortable and views are beautiful. This house has everything you need. Waking up with the view of the lake was beautiful. The house is fully equipped with activities, beds were comfortable. Kitchen had enough silverware/plates/bowls/etc. Would love to visit and rent this beautiful home again. Thank you for sharing this wonderful house with us.

We had a wonderful vacation at Eagle's Cove. The home is kept so clean, absolutelly beautiful and the views are spectacular. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need. It is a little expensive but it is obvious that you are getting so much for the price. We will definitely stay here again in ther future.
