We needed help with analyzing soil tests for promptly moving forward with soil application. Calling the agronomy option was futile since no one would answer. Usually calling sales works in any business as that’s the number they value more. Guess who answered? You got it. Stuart Hood from agronomy that I was trying to talk to initially. He seemed professional and helpful on the phone giving me his email to send the reports so he could do the calculations. I never heard back and I have reached out several times. The staff may be talented and experienced, but what good is that if you can’t get the help?

I go here to get straw for my ducks. I have also browsed around the store to see what is available and the prices. Great customer service, friendly people and always helpful. A lady at the pick up area is friendly and her co-worker Larry helped me load my straw. Everytime I go there I am greeted and asked if I need help. Friendly customer service people!

The service is great and friendly staff. But do not buy their pellets for pellet stove. They do not burn properly they clog up your pellet stove. I now have 4 bags I cannot use.
