I rated this three stars because the food is hit and miss. Sometimes my burger is sooo good and sometimes it's not

The chicken tenders were awful. One was a clod of dough without any chicken. I had 2 that had overcooked chicken and the coating was orange. I should have taken them back but I didn't. I tossed them in the trash. Hubby's chicken was good but biscuit was cold and tough. This was $11 wasted.

Dining area needed a quick cleaning, but otherwise, everything was great! Their sweet tea was perfect. Our bacon cheeseburgers and crinkle cut fries were fresh and hot. The fries saltiness was just right. Music wasn’t too loud. The team member, who took our order, was pleasant and patiently answered our questions. We don’t have a Hardee’s near our home, so this was a treat.

This is quite possibly the worst fast food place that I have frequented. Everywhere I looked it was dirty. There was one person making food for a full drive through and a line waiting at the counter. The two order takers were standing around like zombies. It took 15 minutes to get my food after ordering. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I almost threw it away. The piece of chicken was half the size of the bun. Never again.
