Rented from Lloyds multiple times and have nothing to share but great experiences. Sherry's properties managed are a great value for the area. She is very responsive, and has gone as far as to send Emergency HVAC out at 8:30pm when I came home to an 80 degree house after a 10 hour day at work. Very thankful for her prompt response, even at the most simple questions and requests. I have also purchased years ago, represented by Sherry. Her dedication to her work is clear, and she is incredibly responsive with all questions and correspondence with our lender. Travis and Crystal are dedicated, pretty much 24hour agents as well. The company culture is dedication and flexibility in the name of their clients! They are willing to work with people of any background and income. I am so thankful for their counsel in both purchasing and renting.

Sherry and Travis Palmer are an amazing mother & son combination who helped us buy two homes and sell one home in Central Virginia. Travis helped my wife & I purchase our current home & sell our previous one and Sherry was right there in our process as well. My wife knew them from her experience through their rental property management and we can recommend Lloyd’s as well. Travis was knowledgeable, communicative and accommodating of our needs. He also had to be a little assertive when needed as well with the seller’s lender as well.
Cannot recommend them more highly.

Loyd's real estate does not have empathy for the lower class people I rented from them and needed repairs in my home and was told to vacate the premises my rent was up to date and I have 2 special needs children..do not recommend!!

I am renting from someone who has loyds managing there properties and im very please at there communication and updates anytime something will be changing.
