The site includes the Sargeant Museum, Michie House, and Trevilians Schoolhouse. Tours of the site, downtown and surrounds are available. The museum is also the Louisa County Visitor Center where you can discover all there is to do in the region.

The staff was wonderful. Very knowledgeable of the area and helped us find my 5th great grand father's home from.the lare 1700's that is still on the homestead.

Somewhat confusing because of some of the responses to the questions we asked. How to have information submitted? How to legally and professionally document African-Americans contributions and accomplishments?
