My husband and I moved into our new home last year and have been going to Lowe’s for all of our landscaping needs. David who works in the garden area is so knowledgeable and genuinely kind. He has recommended great plants to us and knows so much about everything! We enjoy seeing him every time we stop in and catching up on how far our grass and plants have come along.

No stars! Worst customer service ever. No one is working there and definitely could care less about customers. Dug up a Colorado blue spruce tree that was purchased last holiday season, had the original purchase tag on it stating 1 year guarantee and price $78 + , had original now faded holiday bow on it....did not have the receipt. Receipts fade before you get them out the door but who keeps a holiday tree receipt for 9 months??? Shouldn't tree, tag and bow be sufficient plus digging it up and bringing it in. Oh did I mention, I have witness who was with me when I purchased (my husband is disabled vet who couldn't go with me) tree and have witness who planted it for me bc im handicapped, retired and on a fixed income. Paid someone to dig it up and take it in today....would not give me a gift card for said tree. Who in their right mind would not look at the tree tag, bow and tree and know that it was not a legitimate return....Lowes has gotten pitiful... I would advise no one to buy plants, trees there bc they won't honor their own guarantee .
