Don't wanna sound like a "Karen" but holy crap this was a horrible experience. Food was cold. Onions on the burger were unusually strong (bad?). They forgot some of our food. The hot fudge in the sundae was gross and tasted old. The entire store was a mess. The trash was overflowing, the drink station area had not been cleaned, ketchup was out, the Mcflurry station was filthy. There were more ingredients around the machine than in the Mcflurry. I wish I had taken pics to share.

My filet of fish sandwich was a mess! The tartar sauce was in the box not on the sandwich which was cold, fries were undercooked. I've never received such a terrible fast food meal.

I came in with my son for a happy meal and went to the bathroom before leaving. I realized I forgot my hat. I asked multiple employees and they all said no they haven't seen one. Guess where it was? I had to stop the lady changing the trash because they threw it in the trash and lied to my face about it.
I get you don't care about your job because they must not pay you enough to care but we were STILL IN THE BUILDING when I was searching for it and everyone just sat there while I was looking, knowing they threw it away.

Hey, it's a McDonald's...What are you looking for...But be advised, if you are going inside, the parking on the west side provides quick access and egress.
