Bought my new boat (Sunchaser 25SSB with Suzuki DF250) from Mid-Atlantic in 2023 and had an awesome experience with Blake. Fast forward to April 2025 and they apparently no longer work on Suzuki engines and decided to raise their maintenance rates to $160 an hour. So while I was aware of the $180 service charge (fee to come to my boat on the Marina instead of me coming to them), I wasn't aware of the doubling of cost to maintain my boat. So a simple oil change went from $350 to $470 in a single year. That's absurd.
You can no longer service my engine, which is under warranty, and charge more than the BMW dealer for maintenance. I know I'm just one customer, but I'm out. See ya on the water this summer anyway - wish you all the best.

I wouldn't recommend renting from them. They will give you the worst boats they have in stock. I rented a jet ski from them in July 2024 for 1 day in our stay in lake Anna with my 2 daughters. 15 minutes after we start riding, the propeller came loose, it was hanging down only with a tube. it happened in the middle of the lake. My daughter and I barely managed to pull it to the shore because it wouldn't start. when we called them, they said it was my fault because I should have inspected it before taking it to the lake, they took my 500$ deposit and now their insurance billed me a $10.000 bill saying the Jet ski is total loss. The jet ski they gave us was an old and poor maintained. They just want a replacement for it and want to blame it on the customer. Stay Away from them .

They rented me ugly old used up boats with terrible rip off service. Definitely not coming back! 🚮

The boat was dirty and Blake was rude as hell and didn't want to give me any money back for lost time after it died in the middle of the lake. They tried to blame it on me saying I ran it out of gas. I'm not coming back

Couldn't be happier with my experience, I drove from Cincinnati to look at a boat for sale and Blake was awesome during the entire process. Boat had an issue during the sea trial but Blake got in contact with the service department that day and they fixed it. I'm happy to say I'm a new boat owner. Thank you again Blake and Mid-Atlantic Watersports for a great experience.

Within an hour of having our boat in their shop, Austin and the staff at Mid-Atlantic had diagnosed the issue with our Super Air Natique, had the parts ordered, and let us know we could pick it up the next day. Andrew was extremely professional and Austin was very responsive. Looking forward to getting back out on the water thanks to Mid-Atlantic!

My husband and I recently purchased a new Supreme ZS212 from Blake at Mid Atlantic Watersports. We could not have had a better experience! Blake is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and has been so responsive during and after the sales process!! Blake even delivered the boat to us and has made the whole process seamless! I don't know that I've had a service experience where I know it's great service, but I'm happy later whenever I think about it. I drove 8 hours and booked 5 nights in Airbnbs to take two lessons, so I had high hopes to say the least. These guys are so friendly and patient as teachers, and they want you to love the sport as much as they do. They don't set a timer when your lesson begins, we're out there having fun, trying to learn this stuff. They cared about my success and fun level more than I did. If I lived closer, I'd be emptying paychecks out here with these guys. Great fun. Take a chance. I did and do not regret it in the slightest.

Kyle did a great job taking care of my group, showed us all the features of the boat we rented, answered any questions we had and was overall very attentive to our group throughout the day. 100% recommend.
