Incredible location and just great atmosphere!

Kitchen was dirty, the hot tub was empty and the entire house network was down. No TVs, internet/wifi, movie room, music... nothing. We were there for 4 days, nobody (Vacasa Management) came to fix anything. They didn't call me... just bunch of text messages. Didn't return my voicemails. They could have warned us that all these things weren't working so we could have gotten a different house, but nope, they just took our money. Thanks Vacasa.

Best location in Lake Anna's public side. Minutes from Dukes Marina by water and drive. Fits multiple large families with ease. This year they included 2 new water features, a floating bar which we had compliments from our neighbors and a water trampiline/log/slide float. This was in addition to the floating dock next to the boathouse which included a marble top bar inclusive of a refrigerator. Bring your own water machines or enjoy the included canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards. Always a fun time here for our friends vacation.

Gorgeous spot, you can't beat sunset from the bar down at the boathouse. This place is HUGE, and it had everything we needed.

What a gorgeous house and location. My only complaint was that the washer and dryer could be a bit loud for the people in the bedroom next to it. But it wasn’t even that big an issue. MOtherwise everything was perfect. We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed our vacation.

We loved this place! I came here with my family and they had everything you could think of. The water was warm and scenery was so green and beautiful. Will definitely be coming back!
