Really relaxing experience - everyone was so nice and laid back. Table was comfy, perfect temperature, essential oils were wonderful. I sprung for the foot scrub in addition to the hour massage - it was great! I will definitely be back 👍🏻

What a gem right here in Louisa!!!!! Joshua is amazing! I had a facial and a massage both of which were wonderful. Joshua has a vast knowledge of alternative and Eastern medical practices and freely shares his knowledge. He truly and honestly wants to make you feel better and he is very good at it! I can't wait to get back for my next session.

I recently enjoyed one of the best spa days I’ve ever had at Rose and Yarrow.The environment Joshua and Omar have created is truly outstanding — warm, caring, and safe from start to finish. Louisa is so lucky to have this gem in town. The pricing makes it accessible for almost anyone to receive regular, high-quality care. I left feeling restored, relaxed, and deeply cared for.
The knowledge and attention to detail at the Rose and Yarrow Is quite remarkable.I began with a 90-minute massage that worked wonders on my very tight neck and shoulders — I felt noticeably better when I left. Then I had a 60-minute botanical head treatment, which included a take-home herbal hair tea to brew and use as needed. I added the four layer recharge mask during the treatment, which was incredibly relaxing and left my skin looking amazing.
I finished with 45 minutes in the infrared sauna paired with a soothing herbal foot soak.

Went in today with a couple of friends while sidewalk shopping. Really impressed when first walking in. Joshua engaged us ladies in knowledge of herbs and spices, origins of medicine, holistic remedies, old wives tale remedies (no worries, mum’s the word ;) ), minerals. We spent so much time on the spiritual/holistic side that we didn’t get to discuss massage options. I could go on, but why not take the adventure yourself. Look forward to going back. Josh was amazing! Very knowledgeable, really worked on some stubborn knots, and even suggested some stretches to do at home. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town.

I've been twice now and have had an amazing experience both times. I've only had luxury head spa and both times they were amazing. Josh is really professional and funny. Everything about both my visits were perfect and I wouldn't change a thing. I've already booked my next service and ai can't wait to try something new.

Had a deep tissue massage yesterday with Joshua and he did an amazing job. I had lots of tension and knots in my upper back and we worked those areas out. He is very knowledgeable and offers lots of good information. Highly recommend him.
