I won't be back in went in there to do the trade I was told to do in 30days and the gentleman that was there before even looking into my account was saying I can't help you .u have to go back to the store that told you would do the trade I dont. Now the deal he told u he would give u for this phone I told him none .then looked into my account and continued to say he couldn't help me to go back to same store who told me would take the trade and good luck because he dont think any store would do the trade .I will not be back. Poor attitude didn't see. Like he wanted to be there or help me out .

Michelle rogers is the best took great care of us and I almost left Verizon because my bill was so high and I was paying for things I didn’t even need and she was able to stop both things I was paying for but wasn’t using. She is the best and I would recommend everyone to see her if you want the best help!!!

Had a issue with a trade in at this store was told they lost my trade in from a year prior the store rep Carson texted me saying they were investigating and would keep me updated I never heard another thing about the investigation it took me a month of frustration and no help only to speak with the customer care division and they helped find the trade in and apply the 800 dollar credit towards the financed device anyone opening an account or trading in should get information so that you don't get screwed by this store such as the trade in IMEI number

Again, great experience. Damien helped my husband and I. Explored upgrading phones: me-Google, husband -IPhone. Had a great offer on both. Saved $. Damien was very professional, knowledgeable and multi-tasker. He handle everything, if there was a problem he made a call. He made the transition easy for us. He cares about customers and it showed in how he treated us. There was another gentleman, just a courteous and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store. They are the best!!.....3 years later!I can't say enough about this store. Everytime I go in they are so patient, professional and willing to help. Today Shane helped me factory reset a Google phone. I love the genuine service I get in this store. Thank you for being consistent!!!

Helped 3 of us simultaneously. She was programming my phone, on phone with customer service while assisting another person''s phone. Effectively, I might add.
What an impressive multi tasker. Again, a professional who cares and provides excellent service. I had to get a new phone, her expertise confirmed my choice. Another excellent experience. -
