Lianna is the definition of amazing. When the rep knows exactly what phone would be perfect for you after a 5 minute conversation, and can get you out of the store quickly, you know you got someone who knows what they are doing. She wasn't here for a while, but as soon as I saw her, I knew I'd be taken care of. Verizon should be proud of this store and especially Lianna. She has a customer for life!!! Y'all should be proud to have her as a representative.

I came in on Feb. 20, 2022 and Hannah R. was the one to help me out. She was AWESOME! I needed to get a new phone because my battery had died on my old one. Hannah was able to transfer all my documents, photos, contacts, etc., for me very quickly! She was very patient with everything she worked on to get my info all back on my phone! She was very professional and sweet and I am so happy I got her! Thanks Hannah!

Hannah is an excellent customer service rep. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her. She has very sparkly eyes and a great laugh. I'm very satisfied with her service.
